Growth begins when we begin to accept our weaknesses

You will either step forward in to growth 
or you will step back in to safety.

Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow

  You become a butterfly only when  you are willing to give up being a caterpillar and must want to fly so much. 

If you want to be growing, 
you have to be out of you comfort zone
